Who can use Hey Babe

You must be at least 17 and able to agree to these terms. Hey Babe is for two consenting adults who choose to pair with each other.

Your account

Keep your device, app lock and backup passphrase safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Because content is end-to-end encrypted, we can't recover it if you lose your keys.

Be kind and lawful

Don't use Hey Babe to harass, threaten, stalk or pressure anyone, to share content without consent, to share anything involving minors, or to break the law. Your partner can unpair, block and report you at any time. We may suspend accounts that are reported for abuse.

Your content

You own what you send. You give us only the permission we need to store and deliver your encrypted content to your partner.

Premium

Some icon sets and backgrounds are marked Premium. When Premium is available, prices and terms will be shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy, and purchases are handled by Apple or Google.

Ads

The free version may show contextual ads. Ads are never targeted using your private content. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Hey Babe is provided "as is." It isn't an emergency service. If you're in danger, call your local emergency number.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll show the update in the app before it takes effect.
